How many times have you seen a recumbent review and thought "that looks easy and so comfortable", and as anyone who owns one will tell you that riding one of these machines is amazingly comfortable.

Anyone riding a recumbent bike is sat in a leaning back position in a chair (rather than on a saddle) that provides you with support to your back.
